Most channels don't work on my MAG 256 box

I just started using my MAG 256 box and though I haven't gone through each channel so far I have only been able to watch an HBO channel, cooking channel and Al Jazeera news. Even with those it is not consistent but at least I get something. Any suggestions on how I can gt access to my other channels?

they seem to work during the morning but go down at night. This has been the same for the last couple of weeks

I have had the same problem. They were all working at one time but recently only a few can be made to work and there is no consistency
The Video section works perfect though, only the tv section has issues
