Thread Been stalled for 6 days, Morning Coffee was good as was the cup I drank ten minutes ago, Coffee, lotsa water, and about 1 MT Dew a day. My wife can cook anything, She is a master cook so I have to eat light. I am trying to get to 200 or less, and be at a low BMI by next year. I need to get to fighting weight. Got to get the ticker in better shape too. Gonna try to be healthy and MORE productive for the rest of my time here. Hope all Talkers are well and keeping hidden from the viral assassin.
