To use the service, you also need that valid donation number and also link your MAC to that donation number, and configure "Send Serial Number" as well, with a complete custom serial number, device IDs and signature to safeguard the MAC. See post #2 in this thread for more information on what to do if you have authorization issues.

No, please read the first post for a link to see how you customize your serial number, so your MAC won't be hijacked.

What you need is to log into papaio with your donation number
you enter custom Mac and update it

Now in Kodi you go to settings for stalker and setup Portal 1
so you enter donation server you paid for
Mac - same as you entered on papiao website
Check to send custom serial
and you enter 13 digit random alphabet serial number
and 4 or more alphabet for device id, id2 ...

so all 4 fields need to be filled in

and than enable service and try to use it

No they don't, and the suggested length of the the Serial number is 13 numbers and letters, the others should be at least 4. Some have found that you may want to put a letter as the last character, but I don't know if it matters, it just worked better for some that way. You have a lot of latitude here, just no special characters or spaces, you can even use real words as well.

Can I just add, for anyone that was a bit lost on how to carry out the instructions on page 2 for a Firestick, you have to push the 'plug-in' zip file using adbfire. After I'd figured that, it was a doddle. Once again thanks again for the help.

Thanks dara, it is working but lets see for how long, BTW, you mentioned that same MAC no could be used in different portal, but I have for example donation only from rocket, therefore, I have only configured portal2, so do I need to do anything with portal1?

If you use an epg addon like iVue, you do need to configure portal1, but leave the name and URL alone, just duplicate all other settings.

What I do is put the zip file on a network accessible location, and browse to the location when prompted. I think you can do the same with the usb stick as well, but it's something I haven't tried myself as I don't have my fuse, yet.

Do a google search on creating a Network Share. You would do this on a PC, and then point Kodi to the shared folder.
