Add me to the list of non-working. Mag STB, channel list not loading, "connection problem" nag message. History has shown that when multiple people report the same issue, at the same time, its usually a server issue. We have been down this road many times in the past. Hang in there, don't touch anything and keep a eye on the new posts in the forum.

Have my mag254 and avov both up but could be if rebooted would get the No connection as others at this time, is not the first time this hs happened but has always popped up for most in a short time.

Its been well over a month since that post. Maybe, just maybe, they are setting up the server for that transition, who knows. Often times server tweaks don't go all that smooth and unsuspected problems arise. We do know that when testing ends and the service goes live, it will validate the user by their donation number and mac address. They may be working on that functionality and getting the bugs out. Sadly, the forum here is usually in the dark about first hand information of what is going on at the server end.

Just a guess........... The only certain is that the service will return fairly soon.
