Email Papio directly as nobody here can tell you that.. They run the service and channels so if you have an issue with a channel being screwed up for a month best bet email them. The mods here won't be able to answer that question as they don't control the server....

Go to whatever site you purchased from if you bought directly and not from a reseller.. They have a contact us on the page

Also all just remember this isn't like cable TV here... Your paying for 1 year of service that is less than a month of regular cable.. If you want zero downtime on channels then keep your cable TV subscription. I have a few different services and all channels go up and down its how it works. There is no 800 number to call and complain, if you think your going to get cable TV service at what we pay a year it's not going to happen period. Good luck

If it's a channel you cannot go without then keep a cable subscription.., unfortunately channels go up and down on every service

Don't waste your time E-mailing Papiao, I have sent NUMEROUS replies to them. They ALWAYS reply with the same form letter:

'Our technicians are working tirelessly on resolving these issues'

By posting these same issues over and over, they do get fixed by the higher ups, but service is only good for a few days..

I agree with Pod77 service is rendered at the moment of payment. I hate that I'm watch a program and suddenly the channels fades away it freezes. And all comments have to be posted through the forum create a thread which questions are never with a solution.
sometimes some channels are available and other days are not working. Not all the channels are available all the time. Please improve quality service and be more aware that all customers wants is reliability.

Good Luck guys once my days are over I'll be gone.

182 Discovery USA HD freezing every evening

tonight freezing is so bad its not watchable again can watch 20 secs followed by 15 secs of freeze
seems like a nightly issue

The opposite is seen here on that same channel.
Been sitting on it for about 15 minutes and zero freezing, not even once seen a freeze.
I seldom do thou when others seemed to have abundant freezing.
