Some channels in loop

I just want to know if anyone else is experiencing this minor problem.

Some channels, discovery turbo for example end up been stuck in some weird loop. The feed will suddenly jump back to a previous point around 10-15 seconds earlier and just keep replaying it. It will play again and exactly at the same point it jumped back it will do it again.

Sometimes it does this once, sometimes several times. It's just odd. Tried turning off my acceleration settings made no difference.

Running kodi 16.1, stalker client, Iptv66, nvidia shield.

It's not the end of the world, just trying to what is going on, any ideas?

NBC New York[8102] is buffering, and NBC Miami[8832] is down. These channels have been reported numerous times. They are always down or buffering. They are never up for more than a couple of days..
