So very sad when things go wrong you hear "its on your end" or "mine is working fine". All too often that what you hear from the person who took your money when you buy something and it does not work or the minions of same.

Many many channels do not work at all. I can easily find 40 as victor said.

Most (yes most) that you do get freeze every 2-3 seconds for 1-2 seconds which as mindy correctly stated "makes them unwatchable".

I now sorely regret buying a year donation...should have just done it month by month. If someone said "yes, there is a problem and its being worked on" I would have much patience. But hearing "its working fine and any problem must be on your end"...sorry, It makes my skin crawl. Sorry,,,it cant be on my end...was working fine for first month, then went to this. I can watch flawless live tv on many other addons. I can watch full hd movies with no buffering. My "end" is solid.

Seriously pissed I paid up front for a year just before this fantom issue started. Never again and "friends dont let friends.............lol.

Before you compare different addons and full HD movies please learn the difference... Those have zero to do with this service.. And yes sorry to tell you but Yes it can be an issue on you end, any number of issues from how you connect to the server, your setup, your ISP Ect... But hey if you think you should get perfect zero issue service for what it cost a year here your living a pipe dream! That's why they have actual cable providers so you don't have any of these issues and you can call the 800 number when you have an issue

Welcome to the Jungleee (Axel Rose voice)!!! jeje sorry. PPl, you need to calm down. First of all, from my experience, frezzing issues not always been related to bad internet connection. It could be happening for some other reasons like putting some incorrect settings, cache memory full, some addon doing update, also an malfunctioning operating system, etc. And everything can be resolved in some way. For example, I have this clients that went to bought for themselves a cheap 1 Gb ram box because they "know what they were doing, finding the best deal ever". Guess what, they ask me to set up their boxes, and start getting frezzing issues. Now they got to buy one of my 2 Gb Amlogic boxes and 0 complaint at all. And this is just an example of many, many others that I can share. So please, stop bashing the service, if something is happening on the server end, they would tell assuring things will get well soon. So for now, check your specs, if you're running the channels on Kodi, I recommend the STB emu. Happy holidays!!
