mega 254 help

have a mega 254 just added iptv66 to it but when it starts up it goes to a login screen.On the back of my box the MAC letters are in caps but when I look in the settings they are in lower case will this make a different. I checked the status and it says running. thanks for any help

Make sure you put in

http://66.iptv66.tv

and just put the mac address the way you see it on the sticker

Ok i missed the 6's in the portals.I fixed it. Now it goes to a blue screen with a loader bar running.

Go back to iks66 change 1 number from your mac address when say successful change it back to the original mac address then go back to your box and restart the portal

Ok, it did have to do with the letters. had to make change on mac. made them lower case. Sticker had them as caps letters. Thanks for help.

how do I go into iks66 to make changes...I just purchased iks66 and all I get is a blue screen with a bar please help. I have already tried everything

Did you get email from them? The confirmation email will have all you need to had your mac address

I got all the info on the email and put it into my mag254 but it still comes up with a blue screen and bar
