Meg 254 Mac address question

Hi all sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong section but I have a general question about my Meg 254 can anybody tell me if the MAC address resets itself when the donation expires or your provider has to reset that MAC address to be free and clear thanks for anybody's help

yes the mac should reset it self to all 0 when donation expires

hi, I am about to get my mag254. I read about mac address but i do not find much info about it. Do I get the mac address from my box and submit it to the provider with my donation or how I do about it?
I read the guide but it did not mention about how to handle the mac address.
