think you'd want an emulator for that Mag
It would be the same emulator found in the Dreamlink Smart area

We'll see about getting a sticky thread up asap for the 260
once the .apk file is on the stick(im not in front of mine) but, at the home screen, i think inifiles??? go into to that and you should be able to select the file from the usb stick
without me actually looking at mine, im not sure... once that file is on the usb stick tho, you should be able to click on one of those folders when youre at the home screen and should allow you to see the files you have on the usb stick
only change the last digit on the mac address... try that... make the mac 00:1A:79:00:00:09.. make the stb model mag 250, leave the serial number all 0's and see what happens
