Having trouble with my Mag254, yes it's loaded and I want to download a programme onto a memory stick, I get to the point of pressing the yellow button but nothing then happens....what can I do?

What in heavens name has this reply got to do with the request for help or insight? Can he use the devices features to record. Yes or no. NO is the answer. Many other posts have made it pretty clear that the built-in recording is not, and never will, work. It does seem that some members have exotic methods to get recordings but as of the time I am writing no one is prepared to share their "secrets."
