Mag254 Wireless Dongle

Hi All
Can you please Help me? i recently took my Mag254 to the UK and tried it out it worked perfectly using the wireless Dongle, I have come back to the USA and now the Mage254 will not work wirelessly, i have no isues using the Ethernet.

when I try without Ethernet I get the message Page Loading Error, i have selected my wireless network and all seems fine but the system will just not load.

any help would really be appreicated

Which usb port is the dongle plugged into front or back?

I have the dongle plugged in the front of the Mag254, when I go to network it does display that I am connected?

That is so strange that is the correct port it sounds like its not getting DHCP. Can you send a screen shot of your Wifi settings? I had a similar issue but I had mine in the back usb and once i switched ports it worked fine.

this is driving me bonkers...it worked perfectly well back in the UK wirelessly, surely someone must know how I can resolve the issue?? i called IPTV but they were not interested as this issue was nothing to do with the mag254... the dongle i am using is the recomended one

try the dongle in your computer to see if it works
what model wifi adaptor do you have

You said when checking in the connection section you were connected. You also say wont load. Seems the wifi is working but you have the same problem that a lot of people have. 25% and stops loading.

He is trying to connect to another site not nfps, rocket, or sat66.

I am trying to load the Mag254 using the Dongle, this worked perfect for me in the UK, there is no issue with the Dongle...Mag254 works perfect using Eethernet....However i need this to work using the Dongle, i have sent screen shots so that you can view my error message, surely someone knows how i can fix this issue
