Mag254 spinning blue bar no yellow bar

I was away for a couple of weeks. Mag254 was working, now not working. Changed portal info no luck. I've spent 4 hours trying to repair the box.
I reloaded the software,reset the box, checked my mac with papio OK. Is it possible the box has been damaged while I was away ?
In other words, is it the box or a portal problem. I have 99.99% of the time been able to fix my problems by reading posts and research but this time it's got me baffled.

The service was down earlier this morning so you may need to reboot router and device, make sure URL is correct.

re enter your url settings save and exit reboot box.

Have you activated your MAC address?

Thanks for all your help...up and running this morning. Triple checked all my info and mac address (active ) rebooted and mag 254 flying high again !!

I have the same problem.reset to factory,changed res. in bios,retyped urls in portals and still cant get even a hint of yellow. could it possibly be on the server end? Any feedback would be appreciated.
