Mag254 Remote issue - please help friends

Hi friends,

I have brand new Mag254. sometimes when i turn on box with remote it wont turn on. i have to reset the power cable from the box. i have noticed that when i am pressing power button on remote, red light blinks on remote but on box blue light doesn't blink. so i thought it was bad box so i got replacement and now new one is doing exact same thing. is there settings on mag254 i need to change?

here is the fix for that try this To reset:
Press SETUP and OK button at same time and hold for 2 seconds red LED will flash 5times. Reset is done

Hi Zemrije,

You can make that change from the "Up & Down" arrows around the "Ok" button; or from the "Chan" (+up/-down) button..

Thank you very much, but I didn't make good the question..
I'm interested of changing the number of program to make my own preference of programs for example: CNN is on 256channel I want to remove at 15channel, to be easy for me to find the program, so I want to make a change at program numbers, but I don't now how can I make that..
I hope that I'm clear of what I want and, sorry for the mistakes because I don't know very well english, thanks!

The only option you have is to create a favorites list and put the channels you want in the order you like
