Mag254 mac address problem

Hi guys , I'm using one donation # with my sat receiver and mag254 . Sat receiver works fine but when checking donation details online and trying to reset/update mac address for mag254 it dosent work . I refresh web page and old mac address is still there .

Can anyone assist me with resetting mac address / adding current one ?

When I use the above link I see my donation info (with incorrect mac address) . Tried to update this mac address but it dosent allow .

did you get an error?

Try the IPTV reset after entering the correct mac

If you still cant get it PM a mod see if they can help you change it.

Hi guys just an update . Problem was solved via my donation source changing donation number for my account , reassigned mac address and worked like charm . Thanks all
