Mag254 - Its loading for last 35 mins

I setup everything on my new Mag254. Now the loading bar on blue screen is loading from last 35 mins. Any idea how long this is going to take from your past experience?

Is there something wrong or should I just let it load?

try rebooting the box

Yes. NFPS. I tried rebooting and also went to bios and changed it to DHCP. Nothing happens. Now its getting stuck to main screen.View attachment 1221

U might want to check and make sure u put the right mac in if so go back in and delete the mac and re enter it if that doesn't work change two numbers in the mac address link exist out go back in and put the right mac in some time it gets confused

I changed it to Nand1 but it appears that my portal url is not correct from where its trying to load the stuff.

thats correct

but when you link your mac on there panel i use to find i had to use lower case letters when i entered the mac then save it

thats a good question i have seen people use the mac address off there router.or off there wifi on the box.........thats wrong

its on the bottom of the mag box
