mag254 freezing

Got may box mag254 about 5 weeks ago and set up process went perfect with no problems. Watched movies, tv, google until today. Had no time to watch in the last 3 days until today. Now freezing every minute or so on vod/tv and have checked all settings and rebooted all systems, just can't find anything wrong. Stumped, please help.

Did you try a speed test??..the prob could be with your ISP..

speed test results: 6.19 mbps download, 4.15 mbps upload

It looks and feels like ecm, but obviously it is not. Maybe restart modem and router too.

I have read and reread, also changed settings. Just wanted to see what happens and still no luck. Just freeze after freeze. Just can't understand how it worked soooooo great for 5 weeks and now freezing very bad.

Mine is still running freeze free on 7m D/L, try taking power off modem and router for one min and try again.

don't worry about the freezing or blank channels, all will be worked out. the team is doing its best to iron things out before opening all channels. for sat/iks/iptv/xbmc users its part of the process. always something to watch. expand your options.

Tried that tonight, but no luck. Still freezing, up one min. down 15 seconds. Thanks for your response

you aren`t using any old equipment like them old networking Hubs, or older router or something along them lines are you.
Even cabling may be damaged. If using trouble free till a time point then what happened...
Did you move a desk ontop of that networking cable that afternoon.

Everything I am using is up to date. Using hard wire and even changed that just to see. From the time I set it up until a couple of days ago nothing was changed on my end and it was working great. I did notice when I cut it on the other day that a little window at the top of screen said something about authentication and then just blinked off. First and last time I saw that. Thanks

saw that authentication thing few times too, but things okay here.

Okay I have something to check out. It`s not totally about IPTV, but check all it`s points , many of them are related.

Mine mag was good until couple weeks ago
I. Even plugged mine straight into the modem and still freezing. Mow I'm thinking maybe has something to do with the update.

Let me explain this a little better about when I said freezing. I guess I really meant starting and stopping. The movie starts and plays for about 40 seconds to 1 min. and then stops for about 10 to 15 seconds. So really its not like the freezing on the stb to where you lose some of the movie. I guess you could say its like hitting the pause button and then start because you don't miss any of the movie. Sry if I confused any1 with my first post.

I'm thinking while still in this test stage. Theres gonna be some freezing and hiccups here and there.
Maybe it will get straightened out with time and comments from you guys...
