Have you tried unplugging the MAG254, then go to the donation page, changing your MAC address to something different than the one that your box actually is for a few minutes, then switching it back to the correct MAC address, and then powering up your MAG254?

All that I can come up with is that some how my modem is stopping
it but the guide is loading but that is all I get . When I change the mac
address it won't load change it to the correct one and it loads

it has no pic and sound just blank.
