Mag 254 NFPS subscription setup

can someone please help me out. I just purchase the yearly subscrition for 85$. after entering the iptv portal i rebooted the mag254 and i am getting "YOUR STB IS BLOCKED CALL THE PROVIDER" blue screen.

What do i need to do get this going?

check your code thru the service website and ensure that the server URL (portal) matches what you are using.

Shut Mag off and disconnect from internet.
Reboot your Router and then once it fully boots up, go to the website again and perform an IPTV Reset.
Then connect the mag to internet and power it up and check for results

Where is the code located? Below is the email i recevied after registering, I blanked out the important stuff

the Order number is the 16 digit number
The Donation number is a 12 digit number for NFPS
Those together and along with your email can be refered to as your code (so to speak)
If you did not get the 12 digit number (it should show at the bottom of that message), then send me a private message with your email and the 16 digit Order number and I can check on this and get that 12 digit number to you

You can find it shown on a stickier on the underside of the receiver, or can also be found in the menus.

So I'm trying to link the mac to the code no mattery how many times i try i just can't get past the login info on the IPTV reset & Donatation Checker website.https://papiao.is/main/search_nfps

I know I'm entering the coorect info but its keep giving me information provided is incorrect.

I have some success. I was able to link the mac address but now i have another problem after follwoing all the step in this link

i lost my donation # since i generated a new donation # forgot to write it down. My old one is not working can somebody help me need to know what my donation # is.
