MAG 254 My home screen image is black and white

I have question about mag 254 my home screen image is black and white how I cannot change it to color-image
I relay appreciated..

is everything black and white or just that screen ?

Is the format fit to screen size ?
Maybe a different HDMI cable will fix it ?

exit out and go to settings when ur on live tv,scroll down to portal,open portal,go down to themes and change,click ok...done

i did try settings-- but ther is no options for portal...there is servers ---i find portals but no options for themes...
