If you only have only one portal installed it will skip the Portal Menu and load to the Admin Menu where you choose TV or VOD etc. Go across to SETTINGS and one of the options there is 'go to inner portal'... that is what you need.
If you have more than one portal installed it will pause at the Portal Menu for you to select, there you can select Inner Portal. You will have to load in a dummy portal for this to work. Drawback is it stops there every time reboot the box. With only one portal it boots all the way up.
In both cases when you get to the Inner Portal (home screen) to reload the portal without doing a power reset, go to SETTINGS and then to 'System settings' and in there is an option to reload portal.
