Mag 250 goes blank

Hi Folks.....I am a bit new to this stuff. I have fitted Mag 250 box. Works perfectly when its working and watching. However when I press my TV source button to flick over from my Skybox to the Mag box, the picture comes on for a few seconds and then everything goes blank.Cant access menu , channel list on Mag box without having to unplug it and wait for it to load on. Is this common or is somersetting on my box that I need to change. Thanks folks

What channel is that picture coming from ?
Are you sure it not from your Sky box but from your Mag ?

Are you using a m3u file list from usb flash drive or you not using that method to view ?

Even if you do have it linked.
Your stb is probably blocked anyways. Until Papiao fix this blocked problem no Mag boxes are going to work.
Even experienced users have this problem and can't do anything about it until Papiao solves this problem for us.
