Mag 250 auto update problem

Hi all, total newbie here, but trying hard to learn !!
Have a mag 250 box which will not update, when you try it says wrong signature.
on the page software update it tells you that the current version is 0 and the new version is 218, and on the update status it tells you wrong signature.......advice or help please

while i'm new i'm not that fresh folks.......connected to internet, trying through the inner portal, as all i get is a blue screen on loading, and i cant get into the main menu, settings, tv etc

When the Mag 250 is powered up, its only a blue screen, the infomir screen is missing, it then takes you straight to the inner portal, then on trying to update(it is set to auto update) in the settings it tells you that its "the wrong signature" and fails to upload/

It appears there is no image, and will not change

boot into BIOS screen and fac default box, reset it up and update...
