Mac address could not be updated

Ok,

so i just purchased the crocket thinking is the best system of them all.

but i'm now trying to add my MAC and the system just says:
Mac address could not be updated.

of course i did check and the Mac is available to be used on the system..

what now ??

I m new and I am also waiting . it has been 4days for me. Hopefully soon. It would have been better if I couldn't purchase until it was ready. Someone who is first time would be very angry by now. No response to inquiry on mac site

Purchased on 18th April. Have been trying constantly to update MAC address using Donation number but always failing.. I am totally new to IPTV so dont know what to do .Thanks for any suggestions
