Mac Address Already In Use

I have a mag 254 box and lost my old donation number for my old keys so I bought a new set of keys last month. My mac address is associated with my old keys and now it will not update my new keys with my mac address b/c it says it is already in use. I am using the Rocket server and have emailed support numerous times but I do not think anyone really is in support b/c I have never received a response. I have tried linking my mac address to my new keys but it will not do it. Does anyone know of anyone other way to do this or am I stuck have to buy a new mag 254 box?

when repairs are complete for the donation server I may be able to do something with the email you all used for the old donation.

you could contact support but they have not responded to any of my requests for several days now.

if it says mac address already used pm me with a picture from your box and order number and i will try and fix it do not put info here

Actually they never reply back even if things is working smoothly. Unless maybe its a moderator.

Rockycat or asft can you guys help me... one of my donations expired and i had a mag 254 on it.... so know when i try and link it with new donation it says it is linked... but its not... can you help with that... please....

Yes that is what is happening, it was in use before..but donation expired..

Asft.. i just sent you the pic's... the first one that is expired was the donation it was linked to.. the pic under the mag sticker.. is the new donation... thank you for your help
