I got a new donation, but my mac address was link to my old donation. I tried to link to my new, it saying Mac address already exist. I tried to unlink to my old donation, and it still saying Mac address already exist. Any Ideas?

Your donation details will come up. Tab to the bottom and click on Change IPTV MAC Address. Enter ur new MAC address. If the MAC address shown hasn't changed (is the same) you should be good to go.
The MAC address linked to my old donation was the same for my new donation and I didn't have to
change a thing.
Thank for the reply! There is no mac address assign with my new donation. when I try to add one it say mac already exist when I try to connect to a server I can't.
In your old donation, change the mac to something that won't work anywhere... such as 00:AA:00:BB:CC:11 . The old donation should accept that , and you can then link your mac to the new donation.
Take your old MAC that used to work, and change the 79 to 78 and see if that will be accepted for your old mac, if you can't do what DarkSide said. I rather you try to leave that MAC blank clearing the new 78 number for someone else, and I don't know why you can't null it out.
Is your old donation inactive? Every time I clear the mac and submit on my old donation, it does change it to all zeros.
You then should be able to put that old mac into the donation checker for your new donation and change it. Unless someone swooped in to take that mac you should be able to link it to you new donation.
now just to make sure this is your tvonline box mac address from box that you are trying to add and get mac already exits you have never used it at all right
you have done nothing wrong someone is using you mac address take a picture of mac address and email it to them here http://iptvrocket.is/contact.php they need to work this out like i said its not you send them all info
