Lost service when channel changed.

Are the portals up and down? Was watching DIY and changed channel. Now all i get is a black screen . tried reboot of Mag254 ,still the same. Tried modem reboot, still nothing. Any ideas?

I'm down in BC with my Mag as well--some thing is wrong but not with your equipment. just wait a while and try to reload again and try again ,then read the forums, then try again

Your portal went down. Need to wait when it happens then re boot. Nothing you can do about it on your end.

Sure, watch the threads in the IPTV Private Servers area. If the service is down, the messages will start piling up within minutes.
