I lost my donation number information. I can no longer user my iptvprivateserver service. I have tried to contact the papiao tv but no one has responded to my 5 contact attempts. How can I recover the donation number information?
A Super Mod may be able to help. You'll need to have handy the e-mail address you used when you made the donation. (You're certain the e-mail you received after making the donation is no longer available on the e-mail account? It contains your order number and donation number.)
A higher level moderator who can deal with account/backend issues. They'll (Crazed, Rocky, ASFT principally) read the post and then ask for further information.
