Login Help Needed (Mag254)

Hail everyone

I purchased IPTV donation but I am unable to login. I have tried 11.iptvprivateserver.tv as server url in my Mag 254 box. When the server loads, I enter my donation as username and password, I am seeing an error.

See my email information below.

Is there something else that I need to do? Should I have added my MAC Address?

First you need to add the Mac address of the mag254 on the link provided via email. Use your donation number and order number to log in, then change Mac to exactly the one in the mag254 under setting and device info. Then do a port change and lastly an iptv reset. After you done this successfully try to log in on your mag254.
