I was having the same issue since yesterday. Reset didn't solve the problem. I changed my MAC address and it worked just fine. I guess your are on emulator like me. Just change your MAC and you'll be good to go.

them Mag receivers are not like the emulator.
In fact, the emulator uses the Mag Stalker platform, they emulate it

Mag receivers must only use the MAC addy that comes with the box... you can not change that.
You can reset it thou, that is done at the server website.
