Just purchased a new nfps donation...Got my info and when i put in user and password i get error...How can i fix this ? I'm putting in the correct donation code as my username and password.

You need to go to https://papiao.is/main/search_nfps, which currently only requires the donation code. It sounds to me that you may be trying to access the reseller panel, vs. the donation checker.

That which you have sent me is what i have tried....I get to the login screen where it wants my username and password but when i enter the username and password it says error...Thank you kindly for responding..

Yea i'm having the same problem too. And this box has a new donation.

Ok i did a ip reset and rebooted the box and that seemed to work.

I have done the iptv reset and portal reset and still get to the login screen and get error

Ok folks, this is what you get when you don't post what you are trying to do. If you are trying to work with a set top box like an AVOV or MAG, post there. Likewise for Kodi or emulators. This particular forum is to help people with their donations, not connection issues.

The problem is with the donation...I have done everything properly but when i go to login with the username and passcode it says error...I'm using my donation number as it asked me to but i'm still getting error...I purchased the donation an hour ago...

What box are you using? Maybe someone could help, because it usually is something that you are doing with the box, vs. the donation.

Note what dara is suggesting. If you're trying to login to an emu, a PVR, the IPTV Stalker Papiao video add-on, an AVOV or Mag box, etc., etc., go to that subforum and post your message there. (Look on the home page and you will see the different sections.) There is no username or password associated with the Donation Checker. You just need to insert your donation number.

I have entered my donation number and have gotten my info but when the box boots up it goes through the process and then it says authentication and i put in my username and password and i get error in the right corner of the authentication area

Finally... we get some info that we can work with.... pulling teeth.

So, have you verified the MAC on the donation checker and do an IPTV Reset? Are you using the right portal url? Are you using the right donation number? Any one of those not done will get you "ERROR".

If you are positive you've done all that, and still don't connect you may have a "donation code issue".

But if it's a donation problem should i still post in the Mag area?

Do exactly as dara suggested.

1. Go to the Donation Checker. Make sure the MAC address you see there is the one you used on the Mag.

2. While in the Donation Checker, verify the portal assignment. Make sure it matches what you have inserted in your Mag profile.

3. If those are both correct, do an IPTV Reset from within the Donation Checker.

If that doesn't get you going, report back and the issue will have to be handled at a higher level.

I have done every step that you just mentioned....I have 3 others that are working but this donation i just received today...
