hi there i have problem i dont know if any one can tell me how we can fix it , i have mxq box have iptv stalker ad-don with rocket working fine in my home but when i take it to my friend home not working just say no access ,by the way all ad dons working in his home except stalker ad-don even we did reset for modem still the same when i get back to my home working without any problem so what could be the issue ???

You need to do an IPTV Reset (at the Donation Checker for your service here) before you use the box in a different location, i.e., from a different IP address. Make sure your box is shut down before/while you do the IPTV Reset. Wait about 15 minutes after the reset before you fire up your box.
