check if you have the correct Daylight Savings/ Standard Time set properly.
(You can offset the guide times, in the IPTV Simple PVR settings -set guide offset + 1.0 hrs and click Apply offset to all channels.)
Will require a kodi restart and LiveTV/PVR clearing of data cache in system settings/ LiveTV/PVR -General tab
