Keep getting 'Error' when trying to login

Hey everyone,

I signed up for service last night but I can't seem to login.

I setup my Mag254 to use portal http://66.iptv66.tv, I was presented with a username/password box. I used the 13 digit route number for the username and password. My MAC address matches what was submitted.

Everytime I hit 'login' there's the word 'ERROR' in red to the top right of my screen.

I'm on the latest firmware as well. HELP!

what about an IPTV Reset, have you given that a try ?
The function is found at the same website where you attached your MAC

Did you do the uopdate thru your internet connection ?
I ask because that will at least tell us that your Mag is connected to internet, if you did the update.

Yes I updated through the device's network connection.

I'm trying the reset now.
