Keep getting error when i try to back up my G-Box Q

I bought a G-Box fully loaded on flea bay, and i want to back up everything should something happen that i need to restore it.The problem i am having is every time i put a SD or a memory stick in the G-box and go to full back up,i get this error- USB_CARD Wizard Error Check The Log For More Error. so i bought new SD Cards and memory sticks and made sure they we FAT-32 and i keep getting the same error,just wondering if the guy i bought from may have write protected everything so i can`t back it up on a SD card or stick? Thanks for any and all HELLLPPP!!!

have you set your backup location? if not go into the addon settings and choose the destination folder and point it towards your sdcard or memory stick
