Just starting out and neep help

Ok folks I got my donation info today for my 2nd receiver I followed the how to do mag254 from the site... I entered named on the portal name (rocket) then on the url of portal 1 I entered 22.iptvrocket.tv When I get all done entering the info and re-boot it brings me to a user name and password ...........What did I do wrong or where can I get that info Thank You !!!!

yes I did I entered my mac add and it said updated mac add when I was done

I just entered my username and password that came with the new donation and then username and password request went away and a loading bar came on but it will only go a 1/4 of the way

Well I re-entered my info and boom it loaded up Thank you 4wheelin
