If you are getting the ID/Password dialog box on startup, go to the "server settings", and click on the portal, and you can enter your information there, so it won't ask for it again, and connect automatically.
Information is there at the portal..........credentials is checked and when I click Connect it tries and then the Asking for id and password window pops up ....with the correct donation number .......I say ok and it will pop up in 2 seconds again.............continues to do this.................this is 2 TV-Online V2 boxes
I had that as well, but you need to have all the credentials set up on the box, and have it ready to connect, then do the IPTV Reset on the donation checker, and then immediately click on OK or Connect on the box to connect.
