issues with my mag 254 boxes

hi i have several mag 254 boxes and purchased donations from NFPS.but on Saturday 9th January 2016 several of the boxes stopped working with a message on my TV screen Please contact your service provider to register this box. When I tried reinstalling the donation code to the MAC Address on the Mag 254 a message is on saying this MAC alredy exists. my donations have 265 days remaining please send me info to rectify this issue Thanks Tony

Lets hope, I do also have several donations that are not register. The server team will do their best.

Yes my MAG254 had the same problem but now it change to (Authentication Problem) my donation is still good for 83 more days.

Re link your mac address.

i putthe mac as 000000000 then relinked it didnt work any other way to link
