Is the EPG (TV GUIDE) down for anyone else?

Just got the Mag254 the other day and only 3-4 channels out of 1000 have EPG, is it down currently or is there a step I have to perform to get the EPG?

Mines up on MyGica 1800. Mine was gone on the American channels a couple days though but back now.
