IPTV66 subscription

Hi guys,
I would like to know who is in charge of the subscriptions, I subscribed for 1 month but I was charged for 2 months, didn't receive Order ID but money were taken right a way.
Not even email with confirmation details, I mean, come on.

Anyone cares to help fix my issue ? it has been 12+ hours already.
