IPTV went blank

Hey guys, I need some HELP! My IPTV went down, I know so sad. I unplugged it from the wall outlet and now it won't play anything but, the little blue light still shines and the internet cable still lights up but it won't switch over. Has anyone experienced this?? Please help me let me know what I can do, it'd be greatly appreciate it. So boring without my IPTV not to mention my subscription is going to waste. Please let me know thanks!
