IPTV Stalker

I am new to this. Spent a lot of time trying to understand but unfortunately couldn't figure out. With my Avov 2 do i need to have the IPTV stalker installed on Kodi? I do have Tv online beside Kodi and is configured with the NFPS server settings. I have made several attempts but was unable to install the IPTV stalker. I would appreciate if any one can clarify.

you don't need Stalker, nope.
The TVOnline app will do the job better then Stalker.
Stalker was created for Kodi users.
Kodi was added to avov
