Iptv stalker plus installation failed

Hopefully someone can help me. For some reason iptv stalker plus will not install for me it's very slow and when it finally completes it says installation failed. I have reinstalled my kodi and tried it again but I get the same results. Is there something up with the epg.ninja repo?

There was an issue with the repo the other day. Maybe the problem recurred.

Looks like the server was off the other day from that link. Hopefully that's all it is.

I am able to install this on my Mac Kodi 16 but not on my QNAP NAS. The NAS is Linux based but I thought most addons would work. Does anyone know? If not is there a version of Stalker I can use? Any help is great. Have not issues with my Mac or Fire TV boxes but trying to set this up. Other addons seem faster on the NAS.
