If you are on a posted version of IPTV Stalker, either 1.0.18 or 9.0.21, when you click "send serial number" and "custom serial", you will reveal the 4 fields that need to be correctly filled. Please re-read the instructions, and the link to how to prevent your MAC from being hijacked.
i already reput my new mac adress and put send serial number i filled everything out the the serial number, device id1 and device id2 and signature and then when i click on NFPS again it sais authorization failed can someone please help me out i have kodi on amazon fire tv btw

Don't forget the "http://"
I don't understand why this always comes up as a question. The stickies, and the first few posts of them, are all you need to configure them properly. I can understand that the donation checker will say it's 11.*, but IPTV Stalker has the correct default portal url for NFPS, and it's kind of obvious that Rocket shouldn't be that much different.
First, get the url correct. For example, if you are NFPS

My format jibes pretty closely with this. When I see someone else posting success with something pretty close to my working set-up, I'm thinking there is conformity/identity...i.e., a workable solution.
