Internet to box

Just wanted to know what most people are using to get Internet to the box.

The wifi in my opinion sucks. Router is one floor away and I get not in range for wifi.

I have used 3 sets gaming adapters with the fastest being 600 MBps and the box randomly disconnects and I have to reboot .

The only thing I have used that is stable is a ddwrt linksys router converted as an access point and connected via Ethernet. Very stable but not as fast of a connection that I would like.

My home bandwidth is 25 MBps download.

your wireless should be good from box to the router if it has wireless

Yeah my mag 250 has no problems with wifi. Funny is that I can pick up all kinds of wifi signals from neighbors.

Tried again and I get good signal to Avov but the speed is just not there.
Had trouble downloading updates until I connected my AP mode router to it with ethernet
and then no problems.

I can live with it but I thought I can get faster speeds with a direct wifi connection rather than going through another device.

I had an AVOV vixo2 and had a lot of problems with wifi. I have seen others with the TVOnline have a lot of problems with wifi. Most have to be wired, including me. I also had to reboot my router several times a week. I finally changed my router from a netgear to a tplink and not had a problem since. I changed type of box I use and can run it wireless.
