My donation is still active,Can I upgrade to iptv since I bought without IKS Originally as there was no IKS at that time, Thinking of buying avov , I had tried to put my donation # and email, it says invalid?, But my donation is active.

I have the same problem fudegal. I can only use the first pay option, the other two do not even load up. I have used two different CC's as well. After I enter my information the screen will go blank. So I believe the CC information doesn't even reach papiao. Also, I have tried Explorer and Firefox along with two different computers thinking this might be the problem.
I don't understand why the IKS donation on one of my cards worked and now trying the card for the upgrade does not.
Any suggestions? Thanks in advance guys.

I don't know why any Moderator is responding on this, Just tell us if we can't upgrade to IPTV and we have to buy another donation, I got 122 days left for my subscription and I am not using IKS, Just need to use the rest of that period for IPTV

If you see the various posts from members we are having problems that it says info. is invalid. Believe me I had followed each and every step.

I believe we're just asking for help to pay for the upgrade so we can start with the new hobby. From what I have read we are having problems once we get by one of the payment gateways. In my case, the screen turns white/blank and that's it. I email papaio and they say try another card or gateway. Same thing happens when I use another card. The other two gateways do not load. I had no problem when paying for the rocket about a month ago. I'm here to learn just like everyone else. Just need the IPTV upgrade page to work for us. Maybe someone had the same problem and got it to work? Maybe a mod can contact papaio? Idk. Thanks for the help.

Contacted my credit card company. The process does not even make it to them. After entering my CC info. I apparently get kicked out of the upgrade page.

Also i attempted to use other browsers but the result is the same.

XX have been substituted for the forum. I also checked the mac address on their website in the format above and it was accepted.

I don't post but yes even I have tried Safari,Chrome,Firefox on numerous occasions now and the page loads with the card info but stalls with a blank page.
I have emailed Rocket a couple of times now but have yet to hear back from them.

Ok - worked it out.

First go and link you mac address. Here is the link https://papiao.is/main/search_rocket/

Once you have linked you mac address you will be able to use your existing rocket for iptv.
