I'd Really Appreciate Some Answers

For days now I and probably many of us have not been getting much to watch, especially in the evening. I try to get channels that aren't there or not working. I reset my box and the portal won't load. On top of that most of the satellite HD channels are up and down at the best. We no longer get many of the HD channels at all on the dish.

It would be really nice if someone could tell us what the H*** is happening?

We don't have any news as we only know as much as you but if there is any work being done then you would know through the Announcements. Sorry I cant tell you any more then that. I can only assume that they are trying to fix the issue buy adding another Portal to the mix so they are trying to resolve the freezing issue.

Nothing was working for me this morning. I rebooted the Mag and voila, working channels and a guide!

Its all back after reboot even the guide is back , hope for the best
