Try this method email them with another email you feel you rely on also make sure you put as much info of the order on the email as well the email you use to purchased your donation.
as past experience, they never send e-mail for confirmation, go to their page and click contact us and in there put your rocket number, no the order number and follow instructions.
Email them at [email protected] . I did not have a order number. I just sent them the email address and then C/P from the C.C I used and I received my info the next day
