I got a issue with remote

My remote not working properly on one click Chang like 3 to 5 channel or sometime it not working. I got this one but its running me crazy

Maybe open a ticket with avov but to be honest that all sounds normal. I have dealt with Android boxes and I must say avov has the best remote I have tried for an IPTV box. The buttons are durable and stay intact. The 3-5 channel flip on one click hold happens to me too but I was with.

my remote control goin direct to trash. i'm use Logitech k400R is a lot better and right now cost $19:95 in Walmart

Your harmony doesn't have a keyboard does it? I would suggest you keep the Avov remote. Its way better.
