Ok so whats your problem then. If you didn't get charged then there is nothing to worry about, send them an email with your order Number for cancelation and your done. if they do go on to charge your CC then you can go back to your CC company and have them cancel the order.
Your credit card compan likely rejected the transaction. Happens alot as the transaction is an International transaction and many credit card companies will not authorize them without your direct consent.
